Torquay has a few hills, known as Tors
There are a few gradually sloping steps with a hand rail from the car park to Apartments 1, 2 & 3
There is a short, gradual pathway from the car park up to Apartments 5 & 6
Apartments 2 & 3 are located on the first floor
There are 5 steps with handrail to Apartment 6
